This Digital Product License (“License”) governs your purchase and use of digital products, downloadable documents, templates, checklists, worksheets, guides, organizers, forms, and other digital materials (“Digital Products”) provided by Lasting Legacy Services, LLC (“Lasting Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Lasting Legacy Digital Product, you agree to the terms of this License.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase, download, access, or use the Digital Product.

When you purchase a Lasting Legacy Digital Product, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product, its design, layout, text, graphics, organization, structure, templates, or other intellectual property to you.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Product remain the property of Lasting Legacy Services, LLC, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

You are purchasing the right to use the product—not ownership of the underlying content.

Subject to your compliance with this License, Lasting Legacy grants you a limited license to:

• Download the Digital Product for your personal use.
• Save the Digital Product on your personal device or secure personal storage.
• Print reasonable copies for your own personal use.
• Complete, edit, or customize portions of the Digital Product for your own personal organizational purposes.
• Use the completed Digital Product to organize your own information and affairs.
• Maintain a reasonable number of personal backup copies for your own use.

This license is intended for one purchaser or one household's personal use, unless Lasting Legacy expressly provides a different license in writing.

You may not, without prior written permission from Lasting Legacy Services, LLC:

• Sell the Digital Product.
• Resell the Digital Product individually or as part of another product.
• Offer the Digital Product for sale on a website, marketplace, social media platform, or other venue.

• Give, distribute, or redistribute the original Digital Product to others.
• Upload the Digital Product to a file-sharing service.
• Place the Digital Product in a shared online folder accessible to people who have not purchased a license.
• Distribute the Digital Product through email, text message, messaging applications, social media, or other electronic means.

You may not share your purchased Digital Product with friends, relatives, coworkers, clients, students, organizations, businesses, or other individuals who have not independently obtained a valid license.

Purchasing one copy does not give you permission to distribute copies to other people.

You may not upload, post, publish, or make the Digital Product available on:

• Websites
• Blogs
• Social media
• Facebook groups
• Online communities
• Cloud storage intended for public or unauthorized access
• File-sharing websites
• Digital marketplaces
• Online courses
• Membership platforms
• Learning-management systems
• Any other public or unauthorized platform

You may not use the Digital Product or its content for commercial purposes, including:

• Selling completed copies as a service.
• Using the Digital Product with clients as part of a paid service.
• Incorporating the Digital Product into a business service.
• Creating a competing product based substantially on the Digital Product.
• Using the Digital Product in paid workshops, classes, courses, seminars, or programs without written permission.
• Using the Digital Product as part of a commercial coaching, consulting, organizing, estate-planning, administrative, or professional service.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Digital Product for the purpose of distributing or selling them to others.

You may not remove copyright notices, trademarks, branding, or other ownership notices contained in the Digital Product.

You may print copies of a Digital Product for your own personal use.

Printing a Digital Product does not give you permission to:

• Sell printed copies.
• Give printed copies to others.
• Distribute printed copies at an event.
• Include printed copies in a paid service.
• Reproduce the printed material for commercial purposes.

If you need multiple copies for a group, organization, classroom, business, family, or other purpose, please contact Lasting Legacy about obtaining an appropriate license.

Unless otherwise stated on the product's sales page, a standard purchase is intended for the purchaser's personal use.

If members of the same household need to use the product, reasonable household use is permitted.

However, the Digital Product may not be distributed beyond the purchaser's household without purchasing additional licenses or obtaining written permission from Lasting Legacy.

The standard personal-use license does not authorize use of Lasting Legacy Digital Products by:

• Attorneys or law firms
• Financial professionals
• Insurance professionals
• Healthcare professionals
• Professional organizers
• Estate-planning professionals
• Consultants
• Coaches
• Businesses
• Nonprofit organizations
• Schools
• Government agencies
• Community organizations
• Other professional or organizational users

If you would like to use a Lasting Legacy Digital Product with clients, customers, members, employees, students, or another group, contact Lasting Legacy Services, LLC regarding a separate commercial, professional, or group license.

All Digital Products and their original content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, Lasting Legacy retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• Written content
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Checklists
• Guides
• Forms
• Graphics
• Designs
• Layouts
• Branding
• Logos
• Product names
• Original organization and arrangement of content
• Other original materials contained within the Digital Product

Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer these intellectual-property rights to you.

You may enter your own personal information into a Lasting Legacy Digital Product.

You retain responsibility for the information you enter.

Lasting Legacy does not claim ownership of your personal information merely because you use one of our products to organize it.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you enter.
• Keeping your information current.
• Protecting completed documents.
• Determining who may access completed documents.
• Safely storing completed documents.
• Creating appropriate backups.

Because some Lasting Legacy products may involve sensitive information, including financial, medical, estate-related, and family information, we strongly recommend storing completed documents securely.

The purchase or use of a Lasting Legacy Digital Product does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship between you and Lasting Legacy Services, LLC.

Lasting Legacy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services.

Our Digital Products are designed for organizational and informational purposes.

If you need legal, financial, tax, medical, insurance, or other professional advice, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional.

You may customize a Digital Product for your own personal use.

However, modifying, editing, reformatting, or changing a Digital Product does not give you ownership of the underlying Lasting Legacy content.

You may not modify a Digital Product and then:

• Sell it.
• Give it away.
• Upload it.
• Redistribute it.
• Claim it as your own.
• Use it to create a competing product.

Changing the appearance or wording of a Lasting Legacy product does not eliminate Lasting Legacy's intellectual-property rights.

You may not use Lasting Legacy Digital Products as the basis for creating, developing, or selling a competing product.

This includes copying or substantially reproducing:

• The structure of a product.
• The organization of a checklist.
• The wording of templates.
• The sequence of worksheets.
• The design or layout.
• The combination of features.
• Other original creative elements.

This restriction does not prevent you from using general ideas, concepts, or information that are not protected by copyright..

You may not remove, alter, conceal, or obscure copyright notices, trademarks, logos, branding, or other proprietary notices contained within a Digital Product.

You may not represent Lasting Legacy materials as your own original work.

You may not use the Lasting Legacy name, logo, branding, or trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

If Lasting Legacy discovers that a Digital Product has been improperly shared, copied, distributed, uploaded, resold, or otherwise used in violation of this License, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

This may include:

• Revoking the applicable license.
• Suspending or terminating access to digital products.
• Requesting removal of unauthorized copies.
• Issuing a copyright or intellectual-property infringement notice.
• Seeking available legal remedies.
• Pursuing damages or other remedies available under applicable law.

Lasting Legacy reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

This License remains effective until terminated.

Your license may automatically terminate if you materially violate the terms of this License.

If your license is terminated:

• You must stop using the Digital Product.
• You must stop distributing or sharing the Digital Product.
• You must remove unauthorized copies under your control, to the extent legally required.
• You may no longer access or use the Digital Product for any purpose.

Termination does not eliminate rights or remedies that Lasting Legacy may have for violations that occurred before termination.

Your license is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise given to another person or organization.

If another person wants to use the Digital Product, that person should purchase their own license unless Lasting Legacy has expressly authorized another arrangement.

Lasting Legacy makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Digital Products are available and accessible after purchase.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every Digital Product indefinitely.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

• Website maintenance
• Technical problems
• Service-provider interruptions
• Security issues
• Changes to our website
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products from time to time.

Lasting Legacy may revise or update Digital Products from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a Digital Product does not guarantee that you will receive future versions, updates, revisions, or additional materials.

If an updated version is provided to you, your use of the updated version remains subject to this License unless otherwise stated.

Lasting Legacy does not guarantee that any Digital Product:

• Complies with the laws of your state.
• Meets the requirements of your particular jurisdiction.
• Is legally sufficient for your circumstances.
• Will be accepted by a court, government agency, financial institution, healthcare provider, or other organization.
• Will accomplish a particular legal or financial result.

Laws and requirements may change.

You should consult an attorney or other qualified professional regarding documents that may have legal or financial consequences.

Lasting Legacy intends to protect its intellectual property and the integrity of its Digital Products.

Failure to immediately enforce a provision of this License does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

If any provision of this License is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this License shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this License is intended to waive or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Lasting Legacy may update this Digital Product License from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

The version of the License applicable to your purchase will generally be the version presented to you at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Lasting Legacy Digital Product, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this Digital Product License.
• You understand that you are purchasing a limited license rather than ownership of the Digital Product.
• You agree to use the Digital Product only as permitted by this License.
• You understand that unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
• You understand that Lasting Legacy Digital Products do not constitute legal or other professional advice.

If you do not agree to this License, do not purchase, download, access, or use the Digital Product.
